I also noticed while viewing the pdf with the google chrome browser, if you keep zooming in the green background will disappear. When this happens the “K” in “Kenya” disappears leaving the word “enya”. This happens with other letters in the original pdf document including the ENTIRE SIGNATURE of the Attendent. This only works with the Google Chrome Browser! So download Google Chrome and check it out. Does not work with Fire Fox or Internet Explorer. See video and pictures below.
Looks as though the letters were pasted on. Also you notice the word does not follow green lines of the document
Why is the letter "R" different than the surrounding letters?
Why is the number "1" different from the rest of the numbers?
While viewing the original pdf with the google chrome browser I noticed that if you zoom in enough the background disappears. When this happens the letters in the document that look strange disappear also.
