This is an unusual story for extremumspiritum.com. We ran across this story of a man needing help to get back home. It appears this man had to move from Colorado to Ohio last summer to take care of family matters. He had to stop a relative from looting his parent’s estate who was using an illegal Power Of Attorney.
The company he was contracting for in Ohio announced they were “broke” and laid him off just before Christmas still owing him money! The company is now filing bankruptcy, and effectively getting out of having to pay all the employees that they owe. Nice eh?
Since he is a private contractor and must file a 1099, he does not get, and cannot collect unemployment benefits. It’s now been almost 4 Months, and he still has not found steady work! He has been offered an excellent position back in his home state of Colorado and needs to be there by April to start work but he is out of money and needs help to get back home to Colorado.
